Job Description

We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for a communications company in the Naples area. The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant duties include but not limited to answering and screening all calls, greeting customers, process mail, maintain equipment repair logs, maintain inventory of parts, coding invoices, review all work orders, coordinate customer billing, assist in inventory reconciliations, reconciling petty cash monthly, prepare spreadsheets, graphs, reports and other documentation.

Working hours: 8am-5pm

High School degree or GED, 3+ years experience in Administration, type a minimum of 55 words per minute, have excellent MS Office skills which include Word & Excel, must be able to work under tight deadlines.
