Job Description

Administrative Assistant for the Office Manager of a construction company

Responsibilities:
-Maintains administrative records
-Screens correspondence and incoming calls
-Provides assistance to the Office Manager
-Other duties and projects as assigned

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
-Must to able to work independently and follow through on tasks as assigned
-Knowledge of essential general office procedures
-Must have the ability to multi-task
-Proficient use of all office machines - fax, copier, scanner
-Must be organized and detail oriented
-Proficient use of Microsoft Office - specifically Word and Excel

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-Previous background in construction
-Ability to pass a multi-state background and a 10 panel drug screen
-High school diploma or GED
