Job Description

Our client -- a local, high end Interior Designer -- is looking for a motivated and driven administrative professional who is eager to secure a stable position with the possibility of long-term growth.

Daily responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
- Use Mac based Microsoft Office Programs (Excel)
- Data entry
- utilize Cloud based software programming
- Display excellent customer service to customers in professional office setting
- receptionist duties within the office

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- proficient in Mac based Microsoft Office
- Data entry skills with minimal (zero) errors
- skilled admin professional with ability to 'wear many hats'
- follow directions in a proficient manner

High School

1-4 years

- 1-4 yrs in admin/assistant role
- previous experience in data entry
- experience/interest in interior/exterior design preferred
