Job Description

Our science-oriented client is seeking an Administrative Assistant for their office! This role will handle all clerical and administrative duties to ensure efficient operation of the office. They will support the managers and other employees through a variety of tasks, with an emphasis on organization and communication. This role is a temp-to-hire position, paying $18-$20/hour.

Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
Order office supplies
Book travel arrangements
Organize, schedule, and assist with in-house visits from customer and vendors
Organize, plan, and assist with company meetings and events
Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff
Aged Receivables
Assist Marketing as needed with projects and reports

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS office (Outlook, Excel etc.)
Excellent interpersonal skills

High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Proficiency in MS Suite
