Job Description

Our client has an immediate need for an Administrative Coordinator in one of the departments within the school

Administrative Coordinator is responsible for high level administrative duties including: front office management, graduate program support, access control, faculty administration, and financial assistance

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills including but not limited to: MS Office, FileMaker Pro (or similar database program), PeopleSoft.
- Strong customer service skills and an ability to work with a diverse population.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, active listening, critical thinking, time management.
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, completing multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
- Ability to think creatively when finding solutions to problems.
- Must possess a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.

High School

1-4 years

- proficient in Microsoft Office
- 3-5 years prior experience in high level administrative role
