Position Summary
The Client Onboarding Support Specialist is responsible for assisting the Sales and Client Onboarding teams with all sales support activities including administration, education, enrollment, reporting and special projects. This position interacts with Regional Sales Directors, brokers, prospects, client contacts, and operations service teams across the organization.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and thorough answers to broker, partner and client inquires using knowledge of their products and services in a customer centric manner utilizing tact, diplomacy and empathy
- Obtain and maintain current and ongoing product and regulation related knowledge at a level of proficiency to resolve complex requests and inquiries
- Assist in preparing proposals as requested by Regional Sales Directors or through the sales help desk
- Review and complete service agreements submitted by Regional Sales Directors and follow up through completion with broker and/or client
- Coordinate and schedule on-site employee education meetings
- Respond to and/or distribute incoming Sales communications

Working hours: Mon-Fri

- Bachelor degree in Business, Sales and Marketing or similar field; may be substituted with four years' related experience
- One year experience providing exceptional customer service in a professional office setting
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

- Previous experience working with COBRA and tax advantaged benefit plans

Physical Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively in numerous conversations throughout the day on the telephone, in writing and in person to provide information and assistance
--Ability to reach in all directions and bend/stoop to store and retrieve files, use telephone, calculator, computer and other office equipment
--Ability to move inside the office to access file cabinets, office equipment, retrieve office supplies and make general deliveries
--Dexterity and hand/eye coordination necessary to operate computer keyboard and other office equipment
