Job Description

Responsibilities include:
-Data Entry, scanning, filing, and documenting retention.
-Coordinating documentation needed to execute contracts, and organize data to be uploaded into company systems.
-Prepare customer communication, including letters with executed contracts.
-Mailing of various documentation and communication to customers.
-You will be corresponding with Sales Representatives & maintaining communication with various departments of the organization to ensure efficient and accurate management of contract offerings.
-Manage contract documents and retention, utilizing systems (SAP, DocView, Lotus Notes, and other systems).
-Run various reports and use the data to validate details related to service contracts and perform other related duties and projects as assigned.

Working hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 am to 5:30 pm


-Must be able to effectively multitask and prioritize work based on the directions provided.
-Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
-Advanced user in Excel
-Demonstrated written and oral skills
-2 to 5 years recent administrative experience
-Associates degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred
