Job Description

Upload and process mortgage changes
Managed support folders- These are email folders, one for faxes and one for advisories. There could be mortgage changes, policy verification, cancellations, etc. Afternoon mail distribution
Work in a miscellaneous queue- This is basically an "online" file system. When mail is received in the mail room and it has to do with policies, they are upload into this queue. Items vary from mortgage changes to address changes to questions that a policy holder might have written on a payment slip.

Responsibilities:
Making sure all changes are made accurately

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Must have good computer skills, as well as verbal and written communication
