Job Description

Spherion is recruiting for the position of Executive Administrative Assistant. This is a Direct Hire opportunity for a company in the St. Mary Parish area. Candidates will need to present prior experience as an Administrative Executive Assistant: managing and distributing sensitive information within the office, managing documents in various formats, sending/receiving correspondence, AND for this particular company, knowledge/experience/background within a Legal setting is NECESSARY. Legal experience will need to contain the following: litigation, writings, research and calendaring.

Responsibilities:
*Manage/distribute high level, sensitive company information
*Send/Receive sensitive company information
*Legal experience to include exposure to litigation, research, writings and calendaring

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
