Job Description

Reports and analyzes sales performance compared to sales goals. Track sales activity, prepare and maintain records for sales credit and compensation. Maintain master data to ensure integrity of data. Ability to think and work autonomously and take initiative to improve processes and solve problems. Individuals should be detail minded, highly organized and logical to maintain accuracy and agility of processes, reporting and a complicated sales structure. Comfortable with Microsoft Excel. **Besides Excel, comfort level working with computers and Enterprise systems would be good. They will use SAP and BI, but what we do in SAP is mostly custom, training will be provided. Individuals should be detail minded, highly organized, and logical to maintain accuracy and agility of processes, reporting and a complicated sales structure. Someone who is good with numbers and the knows the importance of them being accurate. On a daily basis, this would be some things that would be done: 1. Work with large Excel files from customers and internal reports, that the individual will need to research and assign Sales Reports, product codings, among things. They will need to manipulate files to pull out the important data, summarize, and load it into SAP (into a custom module). a. Validate that data was loaded correctly b. Look for issues with the data c. Confirm appropriate people are getting sales credit for the data, and detect and solve any problems that stem from the data 2. Maintain documentation of the sales structure by person and role. Keep team notified of changes. 3. Run and distribute daily performance reports as needed. 4. Assist in review of monthly compensation. Calculations will be done by someone else, but person would double check totals and names. 5. Map territories. We don't expect anyone to have knowledge of the program use at Philips, but the ability to learn and use by taking initiative after given an overview. 6. Prepare training packets for Sales Force which would include compiling account listings and performance reports by territory.

Responsibilities:
Work with multiple, large, disparate data sets to research, compile and report sales data by customer and Sales person.

Qualifications:
Experience: 2 years in position or comparable experience. Education: Associates/Bachelor's or equivalent experience if applicable.
