Spherion Staffing is currently seeking Warehouse Order Pickers to use forklift/pallet jack in a warehouse environment. Ideal candidates will have experience operating a forklift in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
- Load and stage trucks in sequence based on delivery schedule and routing. Ensure product is stored safely and securely using load bars
- Pick correct items and quantity according to customer order. Scan products and enter correct quantities in RF device
- Operate forklift and/or pallet jack in a safe and responsible manner
- QC orders to specs and report any discrepancies
- Shrink wrap and label pallet to load
- Other duties as assigned

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
- Experience operating forklift and/or pallet jack
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and sense of urgency to complete tasks assigned
- Experience using RF device preferred

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Sense of urgency
- Ability to work in a cool environment

Schedule:
Sunday 4 pm start time until orders are picked
Mon - Sat 4:30 pm start time until orders are picked
