APPOINTMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Job Description

A local medical facility is looking customer service reps for the next 2-3 months to assist with COVID-19 inbound calls. This is a fast paced atmosphere. This is a temporary assignment with various shifts. They are M-F with an occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities:
Reps will be taking calls related to Covid-19
Scheduling appointments

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
Preferred basic medical terminology
Must have great phone etiquette and customer service skills

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
Must have resume
Must have a high school diploma or GED
Must have resume
Proof of MMR and Varicella immunizations
Pass a drug screen and background check
