Job Description

- Tool selection - determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job.
- Oral Comprehension - The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
- Ability to operate cordless hand tools, power tools and pneumatic tools.
- Ability to read shop drawings and wiring diagrams preferred.
- Ability to read standard tape measure.
- Ability to work in a cohesive team environment.
- Lifting: Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs occasionally; ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs often.
- Finger Dexterity: The ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble very small objects.
- Manual Dexterity: The ability to quickly move hand, hand together with arm, or two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects.
- Arm-Hand Steadiness: The ability to keep hand and arm steady while moving arm or while holding arm and hand in one position.
- Vision: The ability to see details at a close range and have the ability to tell the difference in the colors of wires.

Working hours: 1st Shift

--Ability to pass a drug test and background check
--Read shop drawings and wiring diagrams
--Read Bills of Materials (BOMs) to determine component parts and assembly sequences of electromechanical units
--Make electrical connections according to specifications
--Assemble parts, and position, align, and fasten assemblies, subassemblies, using hand tools and power tools.
--Modify parts by drilling, tapping, countersinking, etc. machine tools, power and pneumatic hand tools.
--Position, align, and adjust parts for proper fit and assembly.
--Measure parts to determine tolerances, using tape measures and precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
--Attach labels and mark identifying information on parts.
--Adhere to all company policies, guidelines and practices including the SECRIT values.
--High School Diploma or equivalent
--One year of experience in manufacturing preferred
