Job Description

Job Summary:
- Handle all stages of litigation on cases filed in Federal Court including attending depositions, hearings, conferences, expert inspections and all other appearances.
- Review and Analyze files for compliance with ADA Title III as to architectural barriers; policies, practices and procedures; and denial of full and equal enjoyment of the place of public accommodations goods and services.
- Initiation of cases to enforce ADA Title III compliance.
- Discussion and explanation of ADA Title III architectural barriers, policies, practices and procedures, denial of full and equal enjoyment of the place of public accommodations goods and services to owners of public accommodations.
- Negotiation and resolution of all compliance issues with the public accommodations.

Working hours: Monday-Friday

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Licensed to Practice Law in Texas or Florida
- Minimum of two years experience.
- Willing to Relocate to Montgomery, Alabama.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
- Basic Knowledge of Windows 10.
- Limited knowledge of ADA Title III acceptable.
