Job Description

You'll be working in a call center taking inbound calls helping people with their banking information (logging into accounts, resetting passwords, and providing excellent customer service. You're the front line to assiting individuals with general banking and account questions. We will train those willing to learn.

Various schedules available between 6am-9pm

M-F with a rotating Saturday

Weekend and shift differentials apply!

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM

Ability to read, speak, and comprehend English
positive attitude
Strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities

High School

0-1 years

Ability to type 40+ words per minute
Peferred 6 months experience in a call center environment or customer service
High School Diploma or greater education
