Job Description

You'll be working in a call center taking inbound calls helping people with their banking information (logging into accounts, resetting passwords, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
Various schedules available between 6am-9pm

M-F with a rotating Saturday

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
Ability to read, speak, and comprehend English
positive attitude

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
Ability to type 40+ words per minute
preferred 6 months experience in a call center environment or customer service
