Job Description

The Benefits Coordinator is responsible for completing the day-to-day activities in support of HR policies, processes and programs, providing outstanding customer service to employees of the company, and serving as a resource for HR related needs.

This individual's primary focus will be to work alongside and provide support to the HR Department. Will provide excellent, accurate and timely service to employees, management, benefit providers, third party vendors and agents in the administration of the benefit plan. Will handle notifications, enrollments, COBRA, terminations, changes, beneficiaries, plan updates, inquiries, benefit files, and payroll premiums. Will assist with benefit billing, audits, reporting and leave requests. Will serve as backup and support to other functional areas within the HR Department.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

-A successful candidate must be a team player, dependable, accurate, exhibit excellent customer service skills, and be able to multitask and prioritize in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
-Must be able to effectively and professionally interact with individuals at all levels in the organization through written and verbal communications while showing compassion and exercising extreme confidentiality.


4-7 years

-Minimum of 3 years experience in HR or Related field
-Prior employee benefit, benefit billing, and leave administration experience desired
-An Associated degree or higher is preferred
-Pay is DOE
