Job Description

Bi-lingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting Spanish speaking current and potential new customers with enrollment processes and assisting existing customers with status updates. In addition, they will provide customers with their current account information, resolve questions concerning eligibility and assist with the application process. The Shared Group CSR will also create IT tickets based on customer needs.
The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task, have previous customer service experience, and ability to think quickly, problem solve and be productive in a fast paced environment while adapting well to change.

Full and part time positions available!

Working hours: between 09:00am - 10:15pm

HS Diploma required. Must speak and write fluently in both Spanish and English.
