Job Description

Typical Duties:

Work with a growing team to help provide exceptional customer service to high end clients and customers. Forge long term relationships with clients by providing assistance with lifestyle and preferences questions. Work with clients to address sales, product knowledge, service issues, dealer information, and recommendations.

-Provide an exceptional experience in every client interaction
-Help provide resolution with customer inquiries
-Anticipate client needs and wants based on information obtained online and phone conversations
-Handle billing and payment issues while maintaining customer loyalty
-Think out of the box to provide the best experience possible for every client and customer

Working hours: 1st & 2nd Shifts

Skills:
Qualifications:

-High school diploma; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
-Minimum 3-5 years' experience in public relations, sales, marketing
-Experience with customer service, technology
-Hospitality or travel experience a plus
-Excellent communication skills
