Are you looking to utilize your customer service skills in the Frederick, MD area?
We have the perfect position for you in providing administrative and customer support to a trade skill company!


  • Assist customers with questions on product
  • Follow up on work orders and sales tickets
  • Work closely within company internal system to track client interactions

Working hours: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM


  • Excellent customer service skills; in person and over the phone
  • Comfortable on computer systems
  • Handling sales and client relations

High School

1-4 years


  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • 2+ years experience in customer service
  • Able to take active coaching during fist 6 months
  • Able to pass onboarding screening
