Job Description

Join a team dedicated to helping make the correct health care decisions. Spherion's west side Madison client is actively recruiting for temp to hire Customer Service Representatives. This client offers an open and well lit call center with employee appreciation events, supportive management staff, a full kitchen, and a gym on site! Several Shifts available!

Responsibilities:
- Provides first level customer service to customers who contact the company with questions
- Ensures phone calls are answered promptly and meets all service level agreements
- Transfers and/or escalates phone calls to the appropriate staff when additional support is required
- Collects demographic information and maintains consistent metrics while providing a positive interaction with the customer
- Documents all contacts for tracking and reporting purposes
- Documents resolution of contacts and cases when completed
- Confirms customer contact information and updates company records when customers? information has changed
- Troubleshoots customer issues by communicating issues / concerns to the appropriate department in the company
- Documents all contacts for tracking and reporting purposes and resolution of contacts

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to stay focused to resolve customer request, and handle push back
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow appropriate scripts and manage several client specific protocols

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a fast paced customer focused setting
- 1 year of call center or office experience preferred
- Ability to work within a fast paced environment
- Written and verbal fluency in Spanish language
