Job Description

Duties:

-Correspond with clients and customers through phone and email in a courteous, professional manner.
-Update customer information and input data into system
-Answer up to 50 calls daily
-Scan, copy and upload client specific documentation

Working hours: M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Skills:
Qualifications:

-High school diploma or GED
-Must have excellent computer skills.
-Attention to detail, organization and sense of urgency.
-Able to multi-task and stay organized.
