Job Description

The Brand Ambassador is responsible for generating new leads through discussions held at various locations including malls, events, shows, exhibits and personal networking.

Responsibilities:
Work daily to generate new leads:
-Enjoy the flexibility of being able to work at any number of different types of locations including ??? shows, special events, malls. A successful candidate would also be expected to generate leads through personal networking.
-Provide interested prospects with information on products and services.
-Collect the name and contact information of potential customers interested in a free in-home estimate.
-Be responsible for ensuring leads generated are turned in to Business Development
-Ensure the display is clean and organized at all times.
-Assist in the set-up and take-down of displays as required.

Meet company standards for accountability for the following:
-Productivity (leads per hour).
-NLC conversion (estimate per lead %)
-Professionalism.
-Quality of cards received (complete name, address, phone number and email address each time).
-Ensure accurate presentation of information as well as the current special offer, if any.

Abide by all policies and procedures.

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Realize the Brand Ambassador???s role as the personal representative while in uniform and act accordingly.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
Language Skills - Ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts, memoranda, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Mathematical Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.

Reasoning Ability - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, illustrated or schedule form.

Computer Skills - Knowledge of computer workstations and peripheral equipment; knowledge of database, spreadsheet and word processing software.

High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience ??? High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent.

Valid driver???s license and maintain a clean driving record.
