Base Salary plus commissions based on branch exceeding monthly gross profit goals.

Responsibilities:
Being a Business Development Manager provides the opportunity for you to work using the Sandler sales system to generate new client leads. Through analyzing prospective client needs, marketing calls, networking and conducting client visits, you will be expected to customize strategic recruitment and staffing solutions. In our environment, our Business Development Manager is excited and eager to build lasting relationships with local businesses and their teams, always striving to become a trusted client advisor and staffing partner.

Success in this position will require you to be responsible for:

- Travel using your own vehicle (traveling varies and can be up to 75% of the job)
- Conducting prospective cold calling, marketing campaigns, one-to-ones, and client visits
- Identifying key decision makers, their staffing pains and budget requirements
- Setting and executing sales appointments
- Conducting and attending local networking and marketing events to generate additional leads & referrals
- Develop, write and present solution based proposals of services to potential clients
- Exceeding weekly and monthly quotas and new account goals
- Collaborating with appropriate internal resources to develop customized staffing and recruiting solutions
- Collaborate with market leadership to create and present formal sales and service presentations
- Maintain written documentation of sales activites to facilitate appropriate reporting
- Execute client visits ensuring customer satisfaction, safety and marketing objectives are being met

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Sandler Sales training knowledge and/or experience is a plus, but not required to already have.

- Ability to take initiative and manage time efficiently
- Ability to effectively work autonomously with minimal management direction

- Ability to follow-up and follow-through on all expectations
- Proficient with Computers, Internet Research and in Software Programs such as: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, Salesforce (a plus), People Soft applications (a plus)
- Social Media: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram
- Communication, written and verbal

Education:
Associate

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
Qualified applicants will have:

- Valid FL Driver's License
- Transportation with Valid Insurance
- High School or General Education Diploma
- 4 year business degree or equivalanet in related work experience
- 3+ years' professional experiencec with Business to Business sales
- Knoweldge in the Sandler Sales System is a plus
