Job Description

Your job as a business development manager is to identify sales leads, pitch services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. You'll need to be bursting with self-confidence, love networking and enjoy presenting and public speaking!

Maintaining current client relationships and identifying potential clients
Contacting potential customers to develop relationships and sales
Developing new sales areas and improving sales through various methods
Researching trends and creating new opportunities to increase sales
Collaborating with sales and account teams to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals
Maintaining a deep understanding of products and services, and innovating new ways to serve businesses

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Exceptional communication and presentation skills and ability to communicate concepts clearly and concisely
Expert understanding of sales cycle with the ability to innovate new ways we can serve customers
Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
Innate drive to succeed and take initiative
Solid organizational talents and ability to work under pressure and in new environments


1-4 years

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
Proven sales experience in a related product or service
Good business sense
A deep understanding of marketing principles
Good communication skills
A positive attitude
Negotiation skills
Plenty of initiative
