Job Description

All inbound calls; medical calls and support for insurance support and assistance
One call resolution is goal; patience and empathy is key; this is not a burn and turn phone call system; if you need to spend more time with them you will do so
Clients are patients with lifelong illnesses or diseases; take time to work with each patient

Training will be 3 weeks; via Zoom; after training employees will HAVE to work from home initially, MUST know and understand that they will go into the office after.
Must have good computer service, bandwidth, and access at home; not at public place
Calls are only via headset, not video; but done through a web system
Must have good computer skills and technology savvy
Prefer 1-2 years minimum of call center experience; experience in medical industry a big plus
