Job Description

We are looking for experienced customer service representatives for a growing Asheville company! Great Pay/Great Company!


-Provide excellent service and exceptional client experience
-Give advice and direct support to clients in need
-Be able to think past client requests and anticipate needs and wants based on research and information obtained
-Identify and present solutions and changes to clients/customers that are second to none
-Make decisions based on client satisfaction tools to resolve client concerns

Working hours: All Shifts


-Minimum 3-5 years' experience in training, public relations, public affairs, sales, marketing, customer service, or any combination
-Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written
-Passionate and confident over the phone
-Comfortable with Twitter, email, text or any written form
-Speed and accuracy when typing
-Able to multitask and pay close attention to detail
-Proficient on computers
