F/T Customer Service Reps --Call Center For the Health Care Industry A.S.A.P. Great Opportunity!!!
We are seeking Customer Service Representatives for a local Call Center/Medical Insurance Company. Job duties include, but are not limited to; handling a heavy incoming call volume with customers; responds to and resolves various customer inquiries and claims problems within established production and quality standards. Composes routine and non-routine correspondence to answer member inquiries that require a written response.
Working hours: Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm
Prior Call Center or Heavy phone experience is one of the top skills required. Good computer skills are a must. Need the ability to navigate customer software programs on dual monitors; good typing & 10-Key. Must have good communication skills, both written and oral.
