Job Description

We are seeking a Call Center - Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and placing orders.

Responsibilities:
Answer multi-line phone line
Take orders and provide pricing information
Handle customer inquiries
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Working hours: 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

No Degree Required

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
