Job Description

Spherion is looking for a hard working Call Center Manager to help a local Superior, WI tech company accelerate and grow! The company is looking for an experienced Manager in customer service to take the helm of their customer support call center and grow as demand calls for it. The company is launching a brand new product this year and needs to have their call center ready to support their customer's questions and troubleshooting issues from all mediums of communication, such as online chat, phone calls, emails and more.

As Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of agents through effective and supportive leadership, reward, and recognition. You will be responsible for many deciding factors in the set up of the customer support call center. Some of the specific duties are but are not limited to:
--Answer customer's questions and concerns via phone/chat/email
--Build and maintain a knowledge base
--Hire, train, develop and motivate call center agents
--Management reports, scheduling reports
--Ensure team is meeting all expectations in areas of performance, quality and compliance
--Create and maintain a motivating and positive working environment
--Research, maintain and execute monitoring systems to effectively evaluate and see performance
--Collaborate with C level team on organizational initiatives

Working hours: 8:00am-5:00pm

--Bachelor's Degree
--4+ years of management experience preferred
--Proficient computer skills, including office suite, email and customer service application(s)
--Worked with online customer service representative tools
--Good written and verbal communication skills
--Superior organization and time management skills
--Must have a love of cutting edge technology!
