Job Description

Spherion is looking for Customer Service candidates with a focus on reservation experience. If you are outgoing and can actively listen to the customer while using technology this is a great job for you.

Communicate professionally in both verbal and written responses to customer inquiries using scripts and product knowledge
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective call resolution
Carefully listen to and understand customer requests

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Computer proficient, able to toggle between multiple screens, skilled in typing/data entry while on the phone
Experienced with multiline phone line, data base entry
Above average experience using Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
Extremely detail oriented.


1-4 years

Typing skills a must especially, speed and accuracy
Willingness to take a typing test
At least 1 year Customer Service experienced required
