Job Description

Bilingual customer service representative position is responsible for providing customer service assistance to English- and Spanish-speaking customers.

Responsibilities:
Makes the initial contact with a client and explains the service available.

Maintains customer database: updates data and makes necessary changes.

Encourages customers to purchase additional products.

Determines/understands customers??? needs with strong objection/response handling.

Manages customer queries/complaints.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Strong technical and computer skills
Pleasant attitude, treat customers in a friendly and courteous manner
Patient and passionate personality
Communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of bilingual customer service exp
Bilingual certification is preferred
