Job Description

Respond to inbound calls related to application, hardware and software products (may include POS terminals) or related inquiries
Diagnoses and resolves problems using documented procedures and checklists
Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions through contact tracking
Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer
Must be open to working different days through the week that could include rotating days on the weekend. 1st and 2nd shift hours available.
