Job Description

This is a 'Customer Service Operations' position working in a 'Call Center' environment as a 'Member Level Processor' for a large, well known 'Medical Provider' in Lodi, CA. Selected talent will provide support to customers; responding to inquiries, validating data, updating information, making corrections, researching inquiries, and performing like tasks as requested.
This well established 'Medical Provider' provides a great work environment providing training, support, mentoring, and is an establishment who truly cares about all associates under their wings.

Responsibilities:
As a 'Member Level Processor ' you will be responsible for reviewing and processing claim information into the Facets system. Some of your responsibilities will include reviewing member and provider information and matching this data to the claim submission, which will push the claim into a workflow system for adjudication. Additional duties may include processing claims through finalization. Processors will be expected to communicate with internal customers via e-mail and/or phone to gather certain pieces of information needed to complete the claim. You will respond to and resolve various customer inquiries via telephone and correspondence, and resolve claim problems within established production and quality standards. Answers incoming calls and written requests for information from members or providers promptly and accurately. Composes routine and non-routine correspondence to answer member inquiries that require a written response. Coordinates with other departments to ensure timely and appropriate responses. Expedites and resolves complex issues and makes claim adjustments. You may also have the opportunity to educate others on the Medical Providers products, providing accurate information and updates to policies and procedures, improving overall customer satisfaction in the process.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

High School
