Job Description

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives for a local Call Center, Banking Industry.

Job duties include, but are not limited to; handling a heavy incoming call volume with customers; responds to and resolves various customer inquiries and issues problems within established production and quality standards. Composes routine and non-routine correspondence to answer member inquiries that require a written response.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Prior Call Center or Heavy phone experience is one of the top skills required. Good computer skills are a must. Need the ability to navigate customer software programs on dual monitors; good typing & 10-Key. Must have good communication skills, both written and oral.

High School

1-4 years

one to four years customer service exp.

Working hours: Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm Rotating Saturday Schedule will be required.
