Summary:

-Answer inbound calls to resolve customer inquiries, concerns or technical questions
-Actively listen to the customer while using technology, scripts and product knowledge
-Handle customer issues, questions or concerns in a timely, professional manner
-Suggest marketing offers to customers during service calls
-Use desktop applications per client call

Qualifications:

-At least 1 year Customer Service experienced required
-Proficient on computers and technology - internet, electronic devices
-Communicate professional, grammatically correct verbal and written responses to customer inquiries
-Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to thrive in a fast paced, changing environment
-Able to work with a team within a close environment
-Typing skills a must
