Job Description

- Receives inbound calls from agents, vendors, and/or policyholders
- Research claim information to provide adjusters contact and/or team information
- Follows process guidelines to complete work, within the scope of Company's training and call flow
- Active listening skills a plus
- Identify customers concerns to transfer calls to the appropriate party
- Provide "Remarkable" Customer Service Experience

Working hours: 10:30 - 7:00

--Ability to multi-task prioritize work in a high volume production environment

--Excellent analytical/problem solving skills
