Job Description

Currently looking for individuals to fill Customer Service Representative openings. Interested candidates should have previous call center experience and excellent data entry and typing skills. Must have the ability to work an 8 hour shift between 11:00 am and 11:00 pm. Must also be available to work on a Saturday or Sunday.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative will be to assist customers with the enrollment process and help existing members with making changes to their agreements, provide information to customers on how to file a claim, and handle general questions regarding coverage, length of contract and basic benefit questions.

Working hours: Various 8 hours shifts

Excellent customer service and computer skills.
Previous call center experience
Must be 18 years of age or older.
High level computer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent data entry and typing skills
Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
Ability to work well under pressure
