Job Description

Provide superior customer service and will handle data entry, analyze data sets, handle incoming Provider Calls
and help with Client Services.

-Answer inbound phone calls
-Respond to emails in a timely manner
-Handle bills and medical records with HIPAA & PHI complaint regulations
-Document and update cases with a high degree of accuracy

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

-Multi-tasking skills jump to the forefront in this role.- Must be able to handle calls and PC documentation at the same time.-
-Ability to operate a PC and move between multiple screens and applications during your calls.--
-Must have the ability to follow guidelines and training protocols.-
-Able to work independently and effectively


1-4 years

-College education preferred with a minimum of two years in a clerical setting (preferably
-Working in a call center or workers compensation is ideal
-Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
-Knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
