Job Description


-Must be able to to multi-task and maintain composure in stressful situations
-Possess leadership skills and self manage
-Must have attention to detail and accuracy
-Demonstrate problem analysis and problem solving skills
-Communication Skills- verbal, written, and listening
-Demonstrate effective organizational skills
-Demonstrate ability to work as a team member as well as independently to deliver results
-Demonstrate technical aptitude and computer skills
-Must be able to handle and resolve customer service questions in a friendly manner
-Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
-Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
-Record details of inquiries and actions taken.

Working hours: M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm


-Office experience a must
-Ability to navigate software programs on dual monitors
-Excellent typing skills
-Superior phone etiquette
-Must have good communication skills, both written and oral
