Job Description

Spherion is recruiting for multiple Call Center Supervisors for a 4-6 month contract role.The successful candidate will be able to lead by example to further advance the goals of their assigned call center team by providing outstanding customer service on escalated concerns via phone and e-mail communication in a fast paced open office environment.

Responsibilities include:
-Directs the activities of the call center team, taking on-the-spot actions to prevent and/or correct problems.
- Monitors all calls in-progress and addresses problems immediately.
- Supervises, mentors, and directs team to achieve overall sales and service goals.
- Ensures team understands their roles and responsibilities and demonstrates competence in their position.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 2nd shift 3:30pm-11pm

Requirements include:
Three plus years experience in a call center environment.
Supervisory and/or management experience plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain a team atmosphere.
Excellent customer service, decision making, problem prevention, and problem solving skills.
