Job Description

The Case Manager will be responsible for managing case load and handling all aspects of the case from intake to preparing the file for demands. Responsibilities include: * Opening new files and making the initial client contact and continue contact with clients on a regular basis. * Fully investigate each case, gathering, and analyzing intake information and relevant documents. * Verify insurance coverage and liability issues, and maintain contact with insurance companies. * Manage client's medical care keeping in constant communication with client's and medical providers. Schedule and calendar medical appointments, explain procedures and related documentation to clients. * Continuously monitor case status, review medical records * Organize and maintain case files

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

2-5 years prior experience as a case manager or pre-suit paralegal in a medium to large plaintiff firm is required
Strong negotiation skills and time management skills are a must
