Job Description

The CFO serves as a resource to the board of trustees, executive director, administration,
managers and employees. Will direct all financial activities including financial planning, financial control & reporting. Directs all of the external accounting and regulations. Manage all day-to-day operations of the Finance Department in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws. Prepares all compliance and regulatory reports. Process employer payroll and contributions.

Working hours: 8-5

Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance or
Business, advanced degree preferred
Certified Public Accountant designation
Minimum of 10 years experience in public pension, state government or higher
education accounting office, or related experience
Minimum of five years experience at the executive management level in pension fund
administration, higher education finance or related experience
Minimum of five years experience in managing, developing and motivating staff
Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational and written skills
