Job Description

We're looking for a responsible, dynamic, online chat support representative to work in our downtown SLC office.

You'll be responsible for answering inbound chats and emails to assist customers with their financial products, applying for loans, and accessing accounts. This is a full-time opportunity and starts immediately. We look for responsible indiviudals with strong work ethic and computer skills. Tech savvy is a must! All of our work is completed on the computer and in multiple systems with dual monitors.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Ability to type 40+ WPM
Basic understanding of web apps and knowledgeable on using mobile devices
Ability to maintain professional language and use correct punctuation and grammar in written communication.

High School

1-4 years

Strong written communication
Must be 18 years or older
High school or greater education
Ability to work downtown SLC Monday - Friday during daytime hours
You should be able to work with minimal supervision
Ability to type 40+ WPM
