Job Description

We are working with a local healthcare company who is looking for a direct hire Claims Auditor II. 5 years' experience ideal with Medical Billing and/or Claims processing/auditing. The Claims Processing Auditor will be responsible for effectively communicating with internal and external clients, assure accuracy of claims processing by being detail oriented and utilizing problem solving skills. Responsibilities:
Audit, review and rework medical, dental, tuition, STD and FSA claims
Identify, research and resolve issues in accordance with plan documents
Process complex and high-dollar claims
Maintain quality and turn around goals
Monitor claims inventory
Responsible to complete both individual and team oriented tasks
Continuously monitor the work load and make required adjustments based upon prioritization
Be detail oriented and able to work well under pressure for completion of daily tasks

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
Associates Degree and/or 5+ years related work experience
Medical coding a plus
