Job Description

Spherion, in partnership with American Family Insurance, is currently recruiting for an inbound call center position. This individual will be working on specialty claims. Working with vendors, policyholders and agents. This is a temporary assignment, currently with a 6 month duration with possible extensions. The schedule will be M-F 1st shift and then every 7 to 8 weeks you would work a schedule for that week of 10:40 - 7pm.

Responsibilities:
Taking inbound calls for specialty claims such as Glass, Customer Repairs, etc.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Skills:
Must be able to type 30wpm
Ability to work with dual screens

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
Prior customer service experience required
