Job Description

Ambitious individuals with a drive to succeed who have 1 year of customer service experience or 2 yr degree in criminal justice.
Requires excellent verbal and decision making skills. Successful candidates will be working in a fast paced production oriented call center environment. Required to respond to inbound customer inquiries.
Required to use multiple online computer systems with technical proficiency. Ability to navigate multiple computer screens while working on the phone.

Working hours: Varies

Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills.
Experience assessing and meeting the needs of customers.
Ability to listen to customer needs and recommend solutions.
Team environment.
Bilingual speaking, reading, and writing proficiency a plus.
Consistent attendance.

Attendance is critical especially during the first six weeks of paid training.
