Job Description

Our client is offering an excellent opportunity to start ASAP in a Client Relations Support role. They offer strategic security planning, crisis response and recovery planning and campus public safety management at institutions of higher education. The ideal candidate will have experience with face to face client relations as well as working experience in an academia setting. Academia experience is not required, however. This is a temp to hire starting immediately. Excellent Benefits come from a large corporate backing for a Vermont local company. They are looking for someone who wants to grow into Office Management and has a team mentality.

Duties:
-Act as the relationship manager and primary point of contact for numerous client accounts within the project portfolio, providing excellent customer service and support.
-Manage communication with project stakeholders and align project logistics with the attainment of deliverables through the use of technology solutions, clear communication
-Assist with the development, maintenance and implementation of company infrastructure that facilitates efficient completion of client project goals.
-Manage company templates and resources related to project management for staff and associates.
-Manage information within the company CRM system for virtual project management, logistical planning, and staff/associate support.
-Approve associates invoices and provide additional communications and support to our associates on a regular basis.
-Supervise, coach and conduct performance management reviews for any direct reports. (as the company grows)
-Provide project support in areas such as research, process management, and facilitating, as needed, the draft/final report production process.
-Contribute to the development and/or delivery of unique, high-quality branded materials and overall projects.

Qualifications:
--At least five years of experience in a client support services field.
--Bachelor's degree in a field related to communications or business administration is preferred.
--Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
--Experience with a CRM or database management preferred
--Desired skills include communicating complex solutions, supporting delivery of high quality deliverables, juggling multiple priorities, working on tight deadlines, and conveying strategic thinking.
--Experience with organizing, facilitating and managing projects and clients in an efficient and effective manner.
