Client Support Help Desk Representative

Looking for motivated, tech savy, candidate with great interpersonal skills to be the next Client Support Help Desk Representative. This is a temporary position starting immediately and lasting around three (3) to ten (10) months.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:
-- Able to handle high inbound and outbound call volumes daily
-- Responsible for troubleshooting and redirecting corporate clients
-- Responsible for creating, tracking, and following through with incident reports from open to close

Working hours: 8:00am-5:00pm

Skills and Qualifications:
-- Knowledge and experience with website production, help-desk, troubleshooting, and/or IT support
-- Ability to multi-task, pay attention to detail, and stay organized in a fast paced work environment
-- Strong, professional communication skills via telephone with corporate clients
-- Ability to take responsibility, work independently, and delegate tasks as needed
