This is a job that changes daily. You need to be able to switch from one task to the next and back again if needed. We have great systems in place...yet every day brings something new. I'd love to find someone that understands how to shift priorities on demand.
This job has a variety of duties including: coordinating weekly calls and checklists, updating sellers and keeping deals moving forward. You MUST have excellent computer skills as our entire process is managed without paper.
The Ideal candidate is someone who has worked as a Realtor or Real Estate Assistant for 2+ years. Experience in a real estate-related business, such as a mortgage or title company as an assistant or transaction coordinator would also be considered. We will also consider those from the banking industry with a strong attention to detail.
You need to know your way around a computer. You must have intensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and be proficient at Word, Excel, Powerpoint and basic contact/lead management systems.
Hours: Full time 40 hours per week
Compensation: Hourly pay and benefits
